Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data the PrestaPro application (the “Service”) collects and processes, why and on what legal basis, and what rights users have.

1. Data we collect

Account identifiers: email, user UID (Firebase Authentication).
Profile data provided by the user (name, phone, etc.).
Service data: push notification tokens, technical logs, device metadata.
Business data you add: client records, documents/files (including images and PDFs).

2. Providers

We use Firebase infrastructure (Authentication, Realtime Database, Storage, Cloud Functions) to store and process data. Push notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

3. Purposes of processing

Providing core Service features (client management, checklists, files, calculators).
Account authentication and security; notifications about important events.
Improving quality and stability of the Service.

4. Legal bases

Processing is based on performance of a contract with the user, our legitimate interest in security, and consent (e.g., for receiving push notifications).

5. Retention & deletion

We keep data as long as needed for the Service or until you request deletion. You can request account deletion from the app; we then delete profile and related data within a reasonable time (typically up to 24 hours unless law requires otherwise).

6. Sharing

Data may be processed by cloud providers (Google/Firebase) solely to operate the Service. We do not sell personal data.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures including authentication, access controls, protected token storage, and least‑privilege access.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data. Contact support below.

Terms of Use

1. Service description

PrestaPro is a tool for credit managers and mortgage brokers: client management, checklists, per‑client files/documents, calculators and more.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all actions under it. Do not share access with third parties.

3. User content

You warrant you have rights to the materials you upload and that you do not infringe third‑party rights. Illegal content is prohibited.

4. Restrictions

Do not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, abuse resources, or spam.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee error‑free or uninterrupted operation.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damage arising from use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these documents. The last updated date is shown above. By continuing to use the Service after updates, you agree to the changes.
